Dwight Schrute Getting His Own Office Spin-Off

Deadline reported yesterday that NBC is looking to give Dwight Schrute from The Office, his own show with a mid-season 2013 debut being eyed.

Fans of the show will note that this really isn’t the first spin off for the show. The first morphed into Parks & Recreation with star Amy Poehler and that seems to be going well (atleast I like it and I’m the only one who counts anyway).

I guess the question is, with Rainn Wilson getting his own show maybe, will he be leaving the office. Rumor is no, but we’ll have to wait and see.
